Kho and Kalashi is a non-profit women's cooperative in Chitral, Northern Pakistan. It aims to work for betterment of artisan communities across Chitral valley, through community engagement, vocational training workshops and sustainable manufacturing model to create income generation. We work with the vulnerable and marginalized to facilitate business development, safeguard traditional craft skills and improve the wellbeing of communities. Our aim is to work towards the UN Sustainable development goals to create social impact through a) facilitating local business development, b) using digital technology to generate job opportunities and c) to develop collaboration between communities and business enterprises.
