Iona is named after her home, the isle of Iona, which is a small island in the Inner Hebrides on the west coast of Scotland. She is a deeply spiritual child of God, very caring and supportive of others around her. Iona is full of hope for peace. Her name represents a purple jewel and means blessed.
This tote has been hand embroidered by skilled female embroiderers of Chitral, Northern Pakistan. It has been stitched by a fair trade women's cooperative 'Kho & Kalashi', Pakistan.
